Clinic information

For the safety of our community, we ask that you do not bring any friends or relatives to the clinic that have been exposed or are currently ill themselves.

People who have recently visited China, Iran, Italy, Japan, and South Korea should self-isolate. Please do not bring them to your appointment.

Same-day appointments

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we are limiting our in-person visits. Please call our care team for an appointment to determine if it will be a telephone visit or we will let you know if you need to come for an in-person appointment.

Telephone appointments

If you are a current patient with a minor health condition, you may be eligible for a telephone appointment. Please call us at 424-529-6755 to schedule. When you call us, we will:

• Confirm you’ve had at least one in-person visit with us
• Schedule a one-hour window for the doctor to call you

Medication

Bring all the medication (bottles) you're currently taking, including:

• Prescription medication
• Over-the-counter medications such as aspirin or ibuprofen
• Vitamins
• Herbal supplements

Ask questions and share your concerns. After the doctor answers your questions, repeat back what you heard in your own words. If you don't understand the doctor’s answers, ask for more information.

• When you have to take tests or have a follow-up appointment
• When and how you should expect your test results and what the results mean
