Spiritual care

We believe in supporting more than your body

Knowing there's a place for spiritual care can help you feel better. We have two quiet, peaceful places open to patients, family, and visitors for quiet reflection and prayer.

Meditation room

Our non-denominational meditation room is on the first floor of the hospital. The meditation room is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for quiet reflection.

Healing garden

Blue is thought to be a color that encourages healing by helping people feel calm and peaceful. Visit our beautiful azul healing garden on the first floor. The door is next to the meditation room.

Spiritual visits

Caring for one’s spirit is an important part of getting and staying healthy. When you’re admitted to the hospital, we’ll ask about your religious or spiritual needs so that we can help you during your stay.

Our pastoral and spiritual care team can arrange for a clergy member of your faith to visit you during your hospital stay. There is no fee for these services. We can arrange for visits from:

  • Your minister, priest, imam, rabbi, or other spiritual adviser
  • Volunteer clergy member from a faith of your choice
For more information
or to arrange a spiritual visit, please call 424-338-8830

Volunteer clergy

Our volunteer clergy team is here to help provide the emotional support you need. We serve all faiths, religious affiliations, and cultures. We also offer spiritual support in Spanish.
