The Breastfeeding Mommy Support Group at MLKCH is a free, weekly peer support group for new mothers in the community.

Led by our lactation support team, this group offers a supportive space to ask questions, share experiences and learn more about breastfeeding and infant feeding.

Topics include infant feeding, maternal nutrition, stages of breastfeeding, starting solid foods, pumping, and balancing breastfeeding with work or school.
