About
Why did I join this profession/ why did I come to MLKCH
It is a rewarding experience to be able to prevent and manage illness (es) and prevent disease progression or complications./ I, myself, grew up in this community and experienced firsthand limited access to health care. I became a Provider because I wanted to pay it forward. It is a privilege to return to my community and play an integral role in achieving healthcare equity, eliminating health disparities and improving health outcomes.
