MLK Community Medical Group is adjusting how we deliver care in order to better meet the needs of our community. By October 31, 2025, all services currently provided at our Rosecrans clinic will be moved to our Wilmington and East Compton care center locations.
This change does not affect MLK Community Hospital. Operations will continue as normal.
We are reaching out directly to all patients to help reschedule appointments and ensure a smooth continuity of care.

No. MLK Community Hospital and other services across MLK Community Healthcare are not affected by this change. The transition applies only to the MLK Community Medical Group’s Rosecrans care center.
All current Rosecrans patients will be contacted directly with information about their new care location. We are working to keep patients with their current provider whenever possible.
