Meet our CNO, Tanya Osborne-McKenzie

Tanya Osborne-McKenzie, DNP, MSN/MBA, RN, NEA-BC, CPPS, is our Chief Nursing Officer. Tanya has nearly 15 years of clinical leadership experience and education from distinguished institutions such as the University of San Francisco and the University of Phoenix. In her early career, she served as an ICU and Trauma/Med-Surge Nurse. Most recently Tanya worked for Saint Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona as their Assistant Chief Nursing Officer. 

Tanya joined Martin Luther King Community Healthcare because of our mission – To provide compassionate, collaborative, quality care, and improve the health of our community through caring, collaboration, accountability, respect, and excellence. 

Tanya was recently featured on the cover of Working Nurse Magazine as part of their annual Chief Nursing Officer Round Table issue. She covered innovation, supporting nurse development, fostering nurse leadership, and gave some nursing pro tips. Read more.
